Tasting Note: This Ale is not a fairy tale but it is a cracker, it might be little but it packs a load of flavour and fullness into its 4%. Even the fun police would like this beer. The story begins with a blend of local and English Ale malt for palate width and a bit of dark crystal malt for colour. Then we smacked it with American hops, Columbus for bitterness, US Cascades and Citra for whirlpool addition then again, together with Amarillo for dry hopping.
The lifted tropical fruit aroma and full palate flavours need no explanation.
